From Eliyahu

Hello friends,

Today, August 21,2017, is a dark day for America. A total solar eclipse will cross the United States from coast to coast, starting just after 10 a.m. local time in Oregon and ending just before 3 p.m. in South Carolina. The eclipse will plunge a strip of land across the length of the continental United States into a darkness that people can mistake for premature evening, even though it is happening in normal daytime hours.

Is this a sign of something?

If so, what does this mean for America? ..for the world?

Isn't it obvious?

We have entered a new dark age, and it has started here, in America, and will engulf the world.

This is not news. If you are a sane person you have probably already seen this for yourself. Particularly since 2015 this darkness has been growing at a new intensified pace. In fact, in that year we started putting this prophetic statement on every Tsiyon News:

 “Arise, shine; for your light has come, and the glory of YHWH is risen on you.
For, behold, darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the peoples;
but YHWH will arise on you, and his glory shall be seen on you." Isaiah 60:1, 2

In the summer of 2015, just after the same-sex marriage ruling of the USA Supreme Court, rebelling against God by making same-sex marriage the law of the land in America, a great sign was seen in the sky. It was the Messiah Star. That is, the same celestial configuration that announced the birth of Messiah in 2 BC. This was a very significant sign, which I explained in some detail in the Daniel Prophecy Seminar that year, still available to watch free of charge at our membership website at Tsiyon.Net. That Daniel Seminar also explains the significance of other events of that same year, namely, the 2030 agenda put into effect at the United Nations, to bring in a global government by 2030. If you have seen that, or other things I've said about it, you know I announced we have entered a new level of darkness in the world that will lead to wholesale persecution of believers - the sixth seal of Revelation, and eventually to a one-world government in opposition to the Creator. What these two signs contrast for us are the Great Light of YHWH upon His remnant in the earth, contrasted with a new dark age in the world. That's what Isaiah 60: 1+2 is actually prophesying. We are watching that "gross darkness" engulfing the world, prophesied by Isaiah, 2 and a half millennia ago.

A common occurrence during the dark ages was the burning of books. This was not only to obscure ideas that were taboo. Often it was for the purpose of erasing the record of history itself, so that history could be rewritten to favor a certain regime. Along with this has gone the defacing of monuments from the past, to further mask reality. Since freedom of speech was enshrined as an unalienable God-given right in the founding documents of America, all such actions have been seen by enlightened people as extreme ignorance from the "dark ages."

In the past few years many have been appalled to see destruction of historical monuments by barbarians in the Middle East. Now, we have the same thing going on in America, as historical monuments are being torn down in cities across the country in an ignorant backlash against history itself. Even more chilling, is the fact that governmental leaders are not only allowing this, in a quest for votes they are joining in the insane frenzy. This is no small thing. It is a sign of the overtaking darkness that is gripping the country and the world. We may be the most technologically advanced civilization in history. Be that as it may, the only Source of true light has been spurned, so dense darkness is now quickly engulfing the minds of men.

While this is alarming, and even frightening, there is a bright side. In the midst of the engulfing darkness, the remnant of Israel is starting to emerge. Let this eclipse remind you: It is time for your light to shine!

Be not afraid, but be diligent and be ready. It will all happen, just as YHWH has said.

Dawn here with a few words about the technology we use here at Tsiyon.

Technology just keeps changing!

Here at Tsiyon we’ve seen a lot of changes in technology—from when Eliyahu began Tsiyon.org, to the podcasting days, on through to Tsiyon Road radio, the mobile apps, and live-streamed meetings.

From the beginning, Eliyahu had a vision to use the technology available to reach out to folks with the message YHWH gave him, as well as to provide a place for people to meet one another, fellowship, and grow in our faith as we prepare our hearts and minds for the upcoming Remnant Exodus.

There are two Tsiyon websites, each serving a different purpose.

• Tsiyon.org is our 24/7/365 Messianic Radio station website. Anytime of day or night you can enjoy Messiah-centered teachings, awesome music, discover our broadcast schedule, keep Holy Time, and find out more information about the great music artists featured in our praise and worship times.

• Tsiyon.net hosts the Tsiyon Tabernacle membership website where people can interact with others from around the globe and from their local area, get prayer support or join other interest groups, access various teaching and video archives, or join us for live-streamed meetings regularly scheduled for the Leviticus 23 appointments/moedim (Sabbath, Passover, ULB, Shavuot, Trumpets, Atonement, Sukkot).

Video Changes: Recently, changes in browser technology, as well as an increased use of mobile devices of all sorts, have changed the way video content is streamed online. Many different software and browser developers have announced plans to discontinue the older video player, which Tsiyon Tabernacle has been using, in favor of a new type of video player which is more user-friendly to a wide variety of devices. For the techies out there, we were using a Flash player and now we’ve converted to an HTML5 player. However, this change also meant re-rendering video footage, moving a very large database of video content to a new host, re-coding every video within the Tabernacle archive, as well as testing them to be certain they are working properly.

However, the change also means that for many of you, your experience when visiting the Tabernacle to view video content will be enhanced. Some of these changes include less buffering (the dreaded and frustrating wait for the video playback to resume), more devices and browsers served, as well as the content being locally available through our new host's multiple servers in the "cloud." We’ve tested the player and the vast majority of people—from China to the US—who tested it on a great number of devices and browser types, most have no difficulties at all. For a few it takes a little longer for the video to load at the start, but after that it plays a lot better than before, so just give it a little extra time at the beginning to load. If you do experience any tech issues—no worries! We have volunteers on live-help who are standing by to help, as well as a full FAQ help page outlining various troubleshooting solutions.
