The process of repentance is Tishuvah, literally meaning return. The 40 day period we are now in which concludes with the Day of Atonement is called Tishuvah. Listener Comment: If you have time I wonder if you could answer a question for me?  I am mostly convinced regarding the so-called rapture that it would be post-tribulation but there is one thing that bothers me - if we believe that the fall feasts are a prophetic picture of YHWH's timetable regarding the return of Messiah Yeshua then as Yom Teruah (Trumpets) is at the beginning of these feasts does that not indicate that Messiah will return before all the other associated events take place?

Tsiyon Answer: Here is what I'm seeing: Messiah will return on Yom Teruah at the end of the Tribulation. This will be the last trump, and the "day of shouting" when all of the set-apart ones in Messiah, living and dead, will be raised with a loud shout and trumpet blast to meet the Lord in the air, to enter into their eternal reward as immortals like Him. This is the first resurrection. "Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over these, the second death has no power, but they will be priests of God and of Messiah, and will reign with him one thousand years." These ones are called the "first fruits" - meaning that this "first fruits" harvest is not the conclusion, but only the start, of the harvest events which conclude in that final seventh month.

This Return of Messiah occurs at the end of 1290 days of anti-messiah's reign. Then there is a period of 45 days in which Messiah will finalize the conclusion of this age. Besides the "first resurrection" the first order of business will be to bring the Battle of Armageddon to a swift conclusion with the destruction of anti-messiah and his armies. Also, satan and his demons will be battled and locked up for 1000 years. Messiah shall be ruling from Mount Tsiyon in Israel and His redeemed with Him.

At that point those still living on earth in the wake of the first resurrection will be shaking in their boots, wondering what will be their fate. This will be the gathering of all the nations before Him, to be separated into the camp of either the sheep or the goats. Those who did good towards Messiah's brothers will be forgiven by Messiah for their sins - this is the final Day of Atonement at the end of the Age.

Those forgiven will then become the final harvest from among men and will be grouped with the rest of the sheep who will enter into the Kingdom as mortals. This is Tabernacles/Ingathering of the Harvest, at the end of the Age.

Through the remainder of a forty-five day period following Messiah's Return the goats will be individually judged, sentenced and executed. "How blessed is he who keeps waiting and attains to the 1,335 days!" Blessed because all such then-living persons who make it through that far will have made it through the sentencing and punishment phase and will be blessed to enter the Kingdom.

The countries of the earth will be dealt with in an organized way, with authority over them being transferred to the Redeemed who will rule as kings and priests in the Kingdom. This period of transition is also a set amount of time in the plan of YHWH.

As the Redeemed enter into their reward as rulers over countries, cities and towns they will administer supernatural healing to the surviving sheep, who will then enter into the Kingdom without physical defect of any kind. Eyes will be opened, the deaf will hear, the lame will walk and even the aged will be restored to youthfulness. This will begin the process of returning the earth and its mortal population to the perfect state of Eden.

Also, Israel and especially Jerusalem will be the capital of the world and all nations will look to Mount Tsiyon to learn Messiah's ways. Torah will be the Law of the Kingdom. All will be brought to perfection during the Thousand Year Reign of Messiah which begins with these events, with even the natural creation brought back into a perfect state of peace and unity with man and within itself. The lion and the lamb will lie down together without violence of any kind, but only perfect peace.

You and I can attain to being rulers with Him in that Kingdom by putting our trust in Him now and by overcoming the world. All who do so will be among His Bride and will enter into the joy of their Master.
