Website features - We've been trying a few different features at our Tsiyon website. Some have been good, others not so good. For example, we didn't like the recent ad box we put on the site because we had no control over unwanted ads fed into it - so we removed it. We now have an easy sign-up feature there for new visitors instead. We also have a couple other features in our sidebar you might have missed. One is our feedjit map. This shows where in the world our web visitors are coming from in real time. Look for the little map of the world near the bottom of the sidebar and click on it to view in detail. By the way, the statistics you see there are similarly tracked on every site on the internet all the time, you just may not be used to seeing them. Near the same area you will see an Alexa box where you can leave a review of our website. The more good reviews we get there the better! Listener Feedback
Listener Comment - ..Is the Star in the Messianic
Seal Pagan? [Segment continues below]
Tsiyon Answer - - ..Is the Star in the Messianic
Seal Pagan? Listener Comment, Continued - What are they talking about here in Amos? "You also carried along Sikkuth your king and Kiyyun, your images, the star of your gods which you made for yourselves." Trying to be a good Berean and understand. Thanks for your time. Tsiyon Answer - - ..Is the Star in the Messianic Seal Pagan? This is from Gill's commentary: The "star" mentioned is here stated to be the planet Saturn. This is not the Star of David which is something else entirely, as explained at the link I sent you. I hope you find this helpful.
Thoughts from Eliyahu ben David: Don and Jamie from the Torah 2 the Nations radio show have had me on as a guest several times now. Each time has been interesting with some controversial and unexpected moments. I figured I had better get a program put together with special segments from these guest appearances so that my regular listeners won't miss out on this. By the way, these visits were not announced ahead of time because Don and Jamie keep it fresh and don't always give a lot of warning. I can relate to that because things happen fast in my world too, so we tend to get a long and have a lot of fun on these programs - and cover a lot of territory. I'm hoping that you will get a question or two answered that you may have been wondering about here. Also, this might be good to share with folks new to the Hebrew Roots world. Enjoy the program and let me know what you think! Blessings and Shalom, Eliyahu ben David | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
