Listener Comment - Another Lion Dream
I enjoyed reading about the dream and your interpretation of it in your [last] newsletter. I, myself am a "dreamer" and have been for many years now. My most recent dream is somewhat similar to the one that you posted. I don't consider it prophetic, because it coincided with something personal to me. However, I thought that I should share it with you.

It begins with me in my house peering out of a large picture window at the sky outside. There are huge puffy white clouds on the left and huge dark storm clouds to the right. They are both very turbulent and are mixing together as if in a battle. Then they changed into a downpour of rain and turned into a large turbulent river of water heading right towards me in my house. I became frightened that it would destroy me and my house. Then to my surprise, as the gushing water approached my house, there was a hill that had been placed all around my house for my protection. The water gradually drew back away from the hill similar to the ocean tide receding. Left behind at the hill there was a lion on the far left and going from left to right there were several other small animals. All of them had been in the clouds that had turned into the water. That was the end.

When I recalled the dream, it was unique in that I have never dreamed about a lion before!! I'm sure that you notice that the last part of my dream is similar to the dream that you posted. My dream followed the realization of a judgment that Jeshua gave me during the time of repentance following the feast of trumpets. I do interpret the Lion as Jeshua now in His role as the King and Judge. I would interpret the other small animals as traits or aspects of my flesh nature that are in turmoil or conflict with the spirit. In my dream, they were "washed" by the Lion and I am protected.

Jeshua is now different from what I have known Him to be before. Do you think that this began in 2008 when the Lamb stood up and began opening the seals? I do.

This dream is uniquely your own, yet ties in nicely with the lion dream published in Tsiyon News. The storm part of the dream is also similar to other dreams I have heard reported. All of your observations about your dream ring true with me, including our Lion in His new role since 2008. Truly, these are exciting times to be following Him!

Listener Comment - Socialism or Capitalism?
My understanding is limited on the subject of political systems. My understanding is all "ism's" are wrong without Elohim as the foundation of the system or beliefs. Why is Socialism less beneficial than Capitalism? also how will a socialistic government effect me as a believer carrying the gospel to the nations?

Tsiyon Answer - Socialism or Capitalism
You are quite correct about all governmental "isms". These are all human schemes of government, and without YHWH as their foundation, they all must fail. Indeed, that pretty much sums up the history of government on planet Earth. Mankind has witnessed one great power after another rise and fall, just as predicted in the book of Daniel. This procession of world powers proceeds down to the end of the age, this generation, where the Kingdom of Messiah will finally and completely put an end to all such "isms". (Daniel 2)

Understanding this big picture, we must realize that no human form of government is perfect or ideal. All have pros and cons, from the standpoint of the believer.

As for Socialism and Capitalism, these always seem be presented as opposite to one another. That is just propaganda. In reality, on the highest lever of the ruling elite, both Socialism and Capitalism are part of the same over-arching system of world domination. Socialism pretends to be caring for the needs of society, while actually providing an excuse for government (read "servant of the super-capitalists") to control all aspects of life of the masses. This keeps the masses at bay and under control while the super-capitalists keep hording up the lion's share of Earth's wealth for themselves.

In this scheme, the common man receives all of his "entitlements" from the government at the cost of his liberty. The dynamic set up by socialism is that government owns your life so that you are then dependent upon the government to live. Your whole life is then manipulated by government (with the invisible elite actually pulling the strings) by making you jump through their hoops to receive the necessities of life. This makes the government into a god, on a day to day practical basis.

At that point the condition foretold in Revelation 13:16-17 becomes functional reality; "He causes all, the small and the great, the rich and the poor, and the free and the slave, to be given marks on their right hands, or on their foreheads; and that no one would be able to buy or to sell, unless he has that mark, the name of the beast or the number of his name." What is being described here is a Socialist "democracy" under the control of the global elite and their man, the anti-christ.

How will that effect you as a believer? Well, that will depend a lot on you. In my opinion, most "believers" are so tied into the system already that they will just slide right into the anti-christ socialist system like an old pair of shoes. That may sound a bit cynical, but it is based on real history. That's what 99%+ of "Christians" did when the Nazis (National Socialist German Workers' Party) came to power in Germany, in a scenario which was a sort of Rev 13 preview, but on a smaller scale.

On the other hand, you may prove to be more like the minority of believers in those days, more in the mold of Corrie ten Boom and family, who maintained their faith through the worst that the Nazi machine could throw at them, even in the face of death itself. It is believers like those for whom the highest reward awaits:

"I saw thrones, and they who sat on them, and judgment was given to them. I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for the testimony of Y'shua, and for the Word of God, and such as didn’t worship the beast nor his image, and didn’t receive the mark on their forehead and on their hand. They lived, and reigned with Messiah for a thousand years." Rev 20:4
