Listener Comment - How Do Callings Differ?
Tsiyon Answer
- How Callings Differ But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all
liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. But let him
ask in faith, without any doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of
the sea, driven by the wind and tossed. For let that man not think that
he will receive anything from the Lord. He is a double-minded man,
unstable in all his ways. James 1:5-8 |

You needed God's wisdom to answer your question. You believed in faith and you asked Him. As the Scripture says of those who ask in faith, "it will be given him" - so you received your answer! Not all who ask receive an answer, because some doubt the answer given. In other words, God may answer them too, but their doubt prevents them from receiving the answer, since they don't believe. That's why it is so important to determine, once we have our answer, to receive it by faith and not doubt! Tribe of Asher Because you have done this, now you know who you are - an Israelite of the Tribe of Asher. Embrace that reality and Yah will keep showing you more about what that means in your life. This goes to your second question, about how the calling of the tribes differ. The answer to that question is meant to come as a process of personal discovery as led by the Rhuah/Spirit of YHWH. A good place to start with that is to consider the blessing of Yaakov/Jacob for each of the tribes, recorded in Genesis 49. Here is what Jacob said of Asher:
In other words, Asher was blessed to be a rich source of supply to Israel in general and to the Royal House specifically.
Among the Remnant of Israel, Asher is meant to be a rich source of supply to Yah's emerging nation, and to the building up of the Kingdom specifically. As the saying goes, "an army travels on its stomach." Without the needed supply many of us will never make it to the 2nd Exodus. As the world's system goes into massive economic failure, this need will greatly intensify, making the blessing of Asher of vital importance to the Remnant. I have no doubt that Asher has a strategic and key role to play in the provisioning of the Remnant Nation in these last days. While all of us are called to give our tithes and offerings to the Kingdom, Asher goes far beyond that, being empowered with a spiritual gift AS A TRIBE, to see to the provisioning of the Kingdom nation! YHWH has/will open up His storehouse of supply to Asher to empower this tribal mandate. Of course, the role of individual brethren of Asher can and must vary greatly, within this over-arching role of Asher. As you pray on this I'm sure, over time, YHWH will show you what this means for you personally - exactly how you fit in to your tribal mandate. As for your wife, her view of herself will now become more clarified. Instead of simply seeing herself as grafted in to Israel generally, because she is joined to you, of Asher, she is grafted into Asher, one in purpose with you.

From Eliyahu Our last program struck a cord with many of you, as shown from the heart-felt comments at the website, and other responses exemplified in the email exchange above. This latest program, Going Out #282, is an excellent follow-up to that, considering the example of Father Abraham in going out. He paved the way of faith for us and his example is profoundly important to each of us as we are called to go out of this world, into His Nation, and into the Kingdom.
