Contest Passover/ULB News We have been enjoying a blessed Passover and Unleavened Bread Festival this year, here at Tsiyon. Some of our partners and friends came to join us, from California, Nevada, Colorado and various locations right here in Texas. It has been a blessed time with YHWH in our midst. One highlight was the immersion of seven souls in a nearby lake. Much good food and fellowship has also been enjoyed by all. We included all of you in our time together, through prayer. We love you and hope that you have been enjoying a blessed Passover season as well.

Comment - only leavened bread?
Tsiyon Answer - only leavened bread? In the first month, on the fourteenth day of the month at
evening, you shall eat unleavened bread, until the twenty first
day of the month at evening. 19 There shall be no yeast found in
your houses for seven days, for whoever eats that which is
leavened, that soul shall be cut off from the congregation of
Israel, whether he be a foreigner, or one who is born in the
land. 20 You shall eat nothing leavened. In all your habitations
you shall eat unleavened bread.’” Exo 12:18-20 "No yeast found in your houses" seems to me to be
self-explanatory. "No yeast in your houses" is not the same as
"no yeast in your bread." It is an all-encompassing statement.
Likewise the statement: "You shall eat nothing leavened."
"Nothing" means nothing - not just bread. Listener Comment -
weekly Sabbath?
http://tsiyon.org/holy_time_free_book/ (Additional thoughts
from Eliyahu) There has been so much misinformation about the
Sabbath, which is set right in the book Holy Time, that I
urge everyone to read it. Consider this one
tidbit though: There are Ten Commandments written in stone by the
finger of Elohim. Why are those Ten Words written in stone, and not
merely on a scroll, like the rest of Torah? Is it not because they
are meant to be permanent moral requirements? Sabbath Keeping is the
fourth Commandment. If we can just skip this one, why not "you shall
not murder" or "you shall not commit adultery" or even "you shall
have no other gods before Me"? Why would there be one Commandment
out of Ten that can simply be ignored? Further, there are
many verses in the Renewed Covenant Scriptures urging us all to keep
the Commandments out of love for Him. Here is one verse:
He who keeps his
Commandments remains in Him, and He in him. 1 Jn 3:24 |
