This Shmita year is turning out to be the block-buster turning point that we had expected it would be. Once again major news events indicating great change occurred since my last Tsiyon News. I've picked out two of them to discuss in this edition. Interestingly, they both relate to the United Nations, and that relates to the coming one world government foretold in Scripture. Further, all of this relates to the Creator's perfect control of time, and the unfolding of prophesied events on His predetermined time schedule.

Appropriate to these changing times, our Midrash this week is on the topic of Sacred Time. I wrote the book on this, called Holy Time, about a decade and a half ago. My family and I have been living in Holy Time for all of those years, so I have more than just an intellectual grasp of the subject. After all of that time you might not think that I had anything new to reveal on the subject. If you thought that you would be wrong. This Midrash contains some important truth I've never publicly discussed before, nor ever seen or heard anyplace else. The passage under discussion is Bamidbar/Numbers 28 + 29. You will learn a lot here about time as it relates to us and our Creator.

Now, to the current events. Last week I reported on President Obama's historic deal with Iran, struck on April 14, 2015 between Iran and six nations led by the United States, and how this has put increasing pressure on the Country of Israel. What I want to note this week is how quickly this deal was brought to a vote of the Security Council of the United Nations and was unanimously endorsed. That occurred on July 20 - just six days after the deal was struck! What is the implication of this rapid endorsement?

An article from Fox News, reprinted below, tells the story:

Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., on Monday called it an "end-run around Congress."

Congress has 60 days to review the deal -- and then vote for or against it, or take no action. "I think they should have gone to the United Nations after the 60-day review," Sen. Ben Cardin, D-Md., top Democrat on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee said.

When you think past the rhetoric of the Obama Administration, saying that the UN "had a right" to vote now, you realize that's not a real answer as to why the Administration didn't wait for Congress to vote first. This required a unanimous vote by the Security Council, so that if the President had decided to wait 60 days for Congress to consider the deal first the other Security Council members would have had to wait too. In other words, the ball was always in Obama's court, and he decided to take it to the UN ahead of the US Congress. Obama is sending a clear message in that move, which the media is not commenting on. The message is this: The United Nations has now superseded the Congress of the United States in America. It is the United Nations that makes the real decisions, and Congress is largely irrelevant. Consider this closely, because this is yet another indication of the true state of this world at the highest echelons of power.

This reality, that the UN is now dictating policy in America, is kept just under the surface by the popular media, but it is exposed in the reported news with just the slightest amount of research. The evidence is all around us. For example, see our latest Tsiyon video on the recent Supreme Court decision in favor of same-sex marriage. That decision was not based on the Constitution but was based on UN "human rights" the USA is bound by international treaty obligations to enact into US law.

This relates to another big news story this week: that is the apparent Planned Parenthood deal to sell body parts from aborted babies caught on video and released on YouTube and news outlets. There are actually two of these videos so far. I've included the latest one below. Fair warning, although there are no graphic images in the video it is still very disturbing to watch body parts of unborn children being haggled over like common goods. Planned Parenthood says there is no profit motive involved. However, when you watch the haggling for yourself the truth becomes crystal clear, especially when it is agreed to dispatch the victim in a way that will not destroy the internal organs. This is monstrous business that reveals why the wrath of the Almighty must descend upon this nation and this wicked world.

How though, does this relate to the UN? The International Planned Parenthood Federation works very closely with the UN, along with other groups, around the world.

For example, a little searching on the Internet revealed this news story:

The World Association of Girl Scouts and Girl Guides hosted a "no-adults-welcome panel" at the United Nations during the week of March 17,2010, where Planned Parenthood was allowed to distribute a sex guide during the annual UN Commission on the Status of Women. The "Happy, Healthy and Hot" (PDF) brochure is geared towards young people living with HIV and encourages them to explore their sexuality. The brochure says national laws requiring HIV-positive people to reveal their status to their partner(s) "violate the rights of people living with HIV" and calls for advocacy to "change laws that violate your rights." ..The Girl Scouts weren't alone in their efforts to promote sex education and HIV issues. The heads of several powerful UN agencies at CSW last week released a "UN Joint Statement" under the name of the "UN Adolescent Girls Task Force," which calls for their agencies to promote and support programs "that empower ... adolescent girls, particularly those aged 10 to 14 years," C-FAM reports, and a priority for empowerment is ensuring access to "life-skills based sexuality education, HIV prevention, and sexual and reproductive health." The UN Population Fund and the UN Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization also recently co-sponsored controversial curriculum that included teaching children as young as five to be sexually active and training adolescents to advocate for abortion.

I should say here that I checked this out and obtained a copy of The "Happy, Healthy and Hot" Planned Parenthood brochure to confirm for myself that it actually says what the article is reporting. What I found was that the brochure says all of that and more! No wonder Wendy Wright, president of Concerned Women for America, issued this warning:

"Governments and NGOs should be aware of Planned Parenthood's insidious plan to work with UN agencies and girls' organizations in order to profit from encouraging kids to be sexually active."

Planned Parenthood, which is just one of many IPPF member associations, reported $1.1 billion revenues in 2012. This is big money. The recently released videos show us how Planned Parenthood "profits from encouraging kids to be sexually active." The sexual activities they suggest to kids lead to unwanted pregnancies, which lead to abortions, which lead to dead babies that can be sold by Planned Parenthood for, according to the video, one hundred dollars or more EACH! [Planned Parenthood Federation of America: A 5-Part Analysis of Business Practices, Community Outcomes, and Taxpayer Funding. American Life League, p. 3]

One last this on the Planned Parenthood/UN connection: The strategy of promoting sexual rights as “human rights” was adopted by IPPF in 1992 and has been continually promoted since then. The UN adopted this rights-based stance of Planned Parenthood, which is key to its adoption of "LGBT rights" as "human rights" - and now it has become the law of the land in the USA and many other countries. See how that works?

Where is this "sexual rights are human rights" push going from here? Perhaps this statement by Planned Parenthood answers that question: “Any limitation on sexual rights must be non-discriminatory, including on the grounds of age.” [Exclaim! Young people’s guide to ‘Sexual rights: an IPPF declaration. London: IPPF. April 2011, p 21]

When the smoke screen is stripped away and the facts are exposed it's chilling how what appears to be the high moral ground of UN "human rights" actually forms the basis for trade in millions of murdered unborn babies - not to mention the wake of disease, death and human misery producing that grisly harvest. All of this insidious wickedness is but the tip of the globalist iceberg that will soon be sending this Titanic, and satanic, world into the bottomless pit where Divine justice must have its way.

On the threshold of such an impending judgment it is time to turn from this evil world to choose life!

“Repent therefore, and turn around, that your sins may be blotted out, so that there may come times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord, and that he may send Messiah Yeshua, who was ordained for you, whom heaven must receive until the times of restoration of all things arrive, which Elohim spoke of long ago by the mouth of his holy prophets." Acts 3:19-21

Be encouraged dear ones! The times of restoration are come! A little while more of this darkness and soon, He will be here!

UN Security Council endorses Iran deal

The U.N. Security Council on Monday unanimously endorsed the Iran nuclear deal..
The movement at the U.N. still faces resistance in Washington, where lawmakers had wanted the Security Council to wait until Congress formally reviews the landmark agreement. The White House says the Security Council's actions won't take effect for another 90 days, but congressional lawmakers had urged President Obama to halt Monday's vote -- and allow Congress to vote first.

Sen. John Barrasso, R-Wyo., on Monday called it an "end-run around Congress."

"I don't know why they're going to the United Nations [first]," Sen. Ben Cardin, D-Md., top Democrat on the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, told "Fox News Sunday."

Cardin and Barrasso were joined by several top-ranking lawmakers on both sides of the aisle in urging a pause at the U.N.

Congress has 60 days to review the deal -- and then vote for or against it, or take no action. "I think they should have gone to the United Nations after the 60-day review," Cardin said. "They don't gain anything by doing it earlier."

But the Obama administration argued that they were still showing deference to Congress, and that the U.N. shouldn't be hamstrung during that review period.

"They have a right to [vote on the deal], honestly. It's presumptuous of some people to suspect that France, Russia, China, Germany, Britain ought to do what the Congress tells them to do," Secretary of State John Kerry told ABC's "This Week." "They have a right to have a vote. But we prevailed on them to delay the implementation of that vote out of respect for our Congress so we wouldn't be jamming them."

The vote Monday authorizes a series of measures leading to the end of U.N. sanctions that have hurt Iran's economy. But the measure also provides a mechanism for U.N. sanctions to "snap back" in place if Iran fails to meet its obligations.

The resolution had been agreed to by the five veto-wielding council members, who along with Germany negotiated the nuclear deal with Iran. It was co-sponsored, and approved, by all 15 members of the Security Council.

The document specifies that seven resolutions related to U.N. sanctions will be terminated when Iran has completed a series of major steps to curb its nuclear program and the International Atomic Energy Agency has concluded that "all nuclear material in Iran remains in peaceful activities."

All provisions of the U.N. resolution will terminate in 10 years, including the snap back provision.

But last week the six major powers -- the U.S., Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany -- and the European Union sent a letter, seen by The Associated Press, informing U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon that they have agreed to extend the snap back mechanism for an additional five years. They asked Ban to send the letter to the Security Council.

Following the endorsement, Israel's ambassador to the U.N. Ron Prosor blasted the move.

"If the international community refuses to see this as a tragedy, that is a grave strategic error. But if it is aware of the tragedy, and it still chooses to pursue this dangerous path, that is a catastrophe," he said.

U.S. Ambassador Power, in remarks that drew the rebuke from Iran's representative, said the nuclear deal doesn't change the United States' "profound concern about human rights violations committed by the Iranian government or about the instability Iran fuels beyond its nuclear program, from its support for terrorist proxies to repeated threats against Israel to its other destabilizing activities in the region."

She urged Iran to release three "unjustly imprisoned" Americans and to determine the whereabouts of Robert Levinson, a former FBI agent who vanished in 2007.

"But denying Iran a nuclear weapon is important not in spite of these other destabilizing actions but rather because of them," Power said.

Under the nuclear agreement, Iran's nuclear program will be curbed for a decade in exchange for potentially hundreds of billions of dollars' worth of relief from international sanctions. Many key penalties on the Iranian economy, such as those related to the energy and financial sectors, could be lifted by the end of the year.
