Hello Friends,
The pace of the changing news cycle each week is dizzying.
It
is as if the whole world is on a visit to Disney World. You never know what is
going to pop out at you next, or what unbelievable sight or experience is about
to greet you. While the never-ending parade of the unexpected at Disney World
can be interesting for a while, you would never want to live there. Before long
you just want to get your family in your car to go home, to get some blessed
normalcy.
Unfortunately, unlike Disney World, there is no viable escape
from this crazy world we all live in. Instead, we all must endure an unyielding
expectation of the unexpected, with ever-growing uncertainty seeming to be the
only constant. This ever-looming uncertainty is a persistent emotional pressure
on all the people of the world.
At Disney World the parade of unexpected events are planned and
purposeful, meant to create a predictable emotional response in patrons. Could
the same be true of the events that are keeping all of us in a state of
uncertainty in this world? In other words, could the "managers" of this world
actually be manipulating the world events of the news cycle to elicit a series
of responses that will eventually bring the main body of mankind to the place
they ultimately want to take us - a place we otherwise would never go?
Could they actually be creating constant uncertainty for a
reason?
Surely, uncertainty effects our emotions, which in turn, effects
our actions.
Generally, uncertainty elicits a wait-and-see response.
Uncertainty keeps us from acting, because we don't know what will happen - so we
tend to keep going as we are.
This emotional inertia works in the interests of the
manipulators, allowing them to keep introducing ever more social change and
control of the population, constantly bringing the world closer to the desired
goals - even while violating vital interests of the general population. This has
worked wonders in moving the world forward along a per-planned globalist
trajectory, notably so during the last decade.
Of course, there is a point where the pain caused by the
globalist manipulators becomes so great that it outweighs the inertia caused by
uncertainty. When that tipping-point is reached significant push-back by the
people is inevitable. We are seeing that now, in a resurgence of nationalism,
with the Brexit vote, and the rise of Donald Trump being the two most notable
examples.
Many freedom-loving people are feeling exuberant at these
developments. They are hopeful that this nationalistic revival will overturn
globalism, resulting in a new golden age of freedom and prosperity for the
world. I'm sure every sane person would want that - I know I do. However, I also
know that hoped-for golden age cannot come by a revival of nationalism.
Here are three reasons why nationalism cannot bring a golden age:
1. History - Nationalism has always ultimately failed.
2. The Globalists - This nationalistic resurgence is not
unexpected by them. It had to happen. The globalists have both the plan and
the resources to use this resurgence of nationalism as a launching pad to
launch their agenda even closer to their ultimate goal.
3. The Scripture can never be broken.
