The good news is, loss of faith is not inevitable. If it matters enough to you to safeguard your faith, you can do it! The truth is though, there is no standing still when it comes to faith. If you take your faith for granted the tide is against you and over time your faith will decline. However, if you put Messiah first in your life, and you take active steps to know Him better, and to walk with Him, then your faith will keep moving up, to one higher level after another, "from glory to glory" as it were. Here is why you should do that. Because Messiah never lies. The more you learn of Him, the more you walk with Him, the more you will see how different He is from this very disappointing world of mankind that we live in. Unlike the politicians and religious snake oil salesmen of this world, Messiah never glosses over the truth. He tells you the hard truth you need to know just as it is, as well as telling you the uplifting truth to help you get through those hard things. He is completely trustworthy. It is His character, His nature. He's not trying to sell you anything. The fact is, He loves you and is always trying to lift you to a higher level of relationship with Him. When you understand that He was rejected by this world because He would not join in with the liars, the scammers, the religious hypocrites and the self-serving fools who run this world, then you will start to understand why you should trust Him. He's nothing like them, nothing like the world. He is everything He ever said He is. Its not a dream, its not wishful thinking. He is totally, one hundred percent genuine and for real. I know, because He has been my best friend for decades. He has always been better to me than I deserve. He has always seen the best in me even when I couldn't see it myself. He has always been there for me, in my defeats as well as my victories. He not only saved my spirit, He has saved my life countless times. I have been climbing the ladder of faith in Him for quite awhile, and I know through experience that He represents everything that is beautiful, perfect and true. He is the reason I am not a cynic, even though I have absolutely zero trust in this world. My trust is in Him, because He alone is worthy of that absolute trust that is at the top rung of the ladder. The world cannot understand people like me who eat, drink, sleep and breath Messiah. I'm sorry for them. They are missing out. Faith has many benefits for this life as well as for eternal life. To reap those benefits you must feed your faith. Faith is never static. Faith grows or declines depending up what you do with it. Where is your faith at today? It can be at a higher level tomorrow, if you feed your faith today. You get to choose what is important to you. Choose Him, and you won't be sorry. John 7 has some important lessons about faith. Join us tonight at tsiyon.net, at 8 pm cst for our online meeting to learn more about Him. Come, and build up your faith! Shalom,
