I'm sorry to say we are already hearing from some of our members about horrible experiences with the Corona Virus. The most recent, I just heard right now, is a report from California. Our sister reports that in the last 48 hours four people in her building have been confirmed to have the virus, and two of them have already died. Of course, she is concerned about her own status. This is no hoax friends. This is as real as it gets. Please pray for this sister, and for all of the remnant believers who are or who will face similar stories, because this is going to get a lot worse before it gets better.

From this point, this message is mostly practical matter-of-fact information you need to know.  

The official Tsiyon response to the Wuhan Corona Virus Pandemic will henceforth be known as the Leviticus Protocol.

HOW THIS WORKS (Please read):  

Over a period of weeks we will be sharing live information and teachings under this heading, Leviticus Protocol, at our website, at Tsiyon.Net. These live meetings are being recorded, and the videos posted for later on-demand viewing from a designated page, where all such videos are being posted. To view them, just click the graphic on the homepage that looks like the graphic you see to the right. The first video is already available on that page, so if you haven't seen the first message yet, you will need to do so to receive our teaching explaining our Biblical response to the Wuhan Corona Virus Pandemic.

This Tsiyon Newsflash is the first direct message to all Tsiyon Members regarding the Leviticus Protocol. There will be more in response to ongoing changes as they occur. These are meant to quickly update you on specific steps we are taking here at Tsiyon. These are meant to be brief, so will not include the Scriptural teaching underlying steps of the Protocol we are taking, as we announce them in the Tsiyon Newsflash. These steps all do have a Scriptural basis however, and that can be found by viewing the Leviticus Protocol Messages at the website.

This is all free. It is very important right now that you are able to have access to all of this material. We have made recent updates to our website to help eliminate bugs, most streaming issues and login issues. GOVERNING PRINCIPLES:

Among other things, our first message explains that Leviticus is the original source for the entire concept of quarantine and so-called "social-distancing" in the case of infectious diseases. In essence, these principles are being adopted by the Trump administration, and some other governments as well, in leading their fight against the pandemic. Insofar as these policies do not violate Scripture, YHWH has directed us to cooperate fully with them, and has underscored the fact that our obedience to these directives may literally determine whether or not we and/or our loved ones live or die. It is our duty, therefore, to YHWH and to our neighbor, to submit ourselves to these directives. If or when the authorities require something of us that we cannot Scripturally accept, we will, of course, put YHWH first. Also, we must view these government directives as the minimum response. If the Word or Spirit should demand more of us, we will go beyond the minimum to obey YHWH. For more, see the Leviticus Protocol videos.

 CURRENT POLICY (Immediately in effect)

Here in America, we are following the latest Trump guidelines. It says 15 days, but it is likely that this time period will be extended and guidelines will even become more stringent. Here are the current guidelines:

TSIYON STEPS TO COMPLY (Immediately in effect):

Tsiyon Local Meetings: State and local authorities in our area are temporarily restricting groups to 10 or less people, following the most recent Trump guidelines in a recent press conference. Since their reason is Scriptural, we will comply. Until further notice we are canceling all public meetings here in Greater Austin Texas. We will still conduct online meetings as usual, and they can be viewed at Tsiyon.Net as usual. However, we are not inviting people to physically attend these meetings until further notice.

Tsiyon Passover: This year, we are altering the manner in which we will celebrate Passover, here in Greater Austin Texas. The Scriptures specifically tell us that Passover can be done at home, with no damage to Scriptural requirements.

"Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying, ‘On the tenth day of this month, they shall take to them every man a lamb, according to their fathers’ houses, a lamb for a household; and if the household is too little for a lamb, then he and his neighbor next to his house shall take one according to the number of the souls..." Exodus 12:3-6

This year we will be doing family Passovers, as in the above verse. We will not be having a local congregation Passover. However, we will broadcast appropriate live-stream Passover content at the same time and in the same way as usual on Passover. This will be for internet viewing only for those who want it, this will not be for personal attendance. More will be announced about this later.

Older Persons and those at Increased Risk "Stay home and stay away from other people":

We have some older persons and people at risk here at the Tsiyon Headquarters, so this directive applies to us. To follow this directive we are asking our dear friends and members who do not live fulltime at the Tsiyon Headquarters to love us enough to stay away from the Tsiyon property until further notice. Personally, I hate this step, because I can hardly bear the thought of having anything come between any of us, even for a short time. But obedience is not just for easy things. It is for hard things too. Really, the hard things are probably the most important things, because we do those hard things by putting His will ahead of our own - even when it hurts. It turns out, doing Leviticus is no piece of cake, and accepting 'hardship as a good soldier of Messiah' is not easy either. On the upside, we have modern communication to keep us connected, until we get past all of this.
