When one person repents and changes their life to follow Scripture more closely, heaven rejoices. Nothing is more rewarding for a servant of Messiah, than that! Righteous people we have never known before are changing their lives because of the Bible truths we are streaming, and this could actually save lives. That's what this is about. I'm sharing this with you, because, as a supporter of Tsiyon, your prayer and financial support makes you a sharer in this good fruit for the Kingdom. Thank you for your support! The rest of the comment above also deserves an answer. The comment adds; "the biblical way to address this quarantine is to isolate the infected person not everyone." This is a common misconception, but is not exactly true. In Leviticus it is not only the infected person that is isolated. Actually, any person who may be a carrier of the contagion is separated away until it can be proven that they are not contagious. In our modern situation in this pandemic, any of us could be contagious with no symptoms whatsoever, justifying self-isolation of everyone until the plague passes. Self-isolation is not just about keeping ourselves virus-free, it is about not infecting others in the event that we have the virus. In other words, this is about the second greatest commandment, "love your neighbor as yourself." Surely, we want our neighbors to protect us from the virus - should we not do the same toward them? This is the guiding principle behind the methods employed in Leviticus as respects dealing with contagious diseases. If the righteous will follow the biblical instruction, then we will get through this last-days plague far better than the world, who do not obey the Good News.
While I may have doctrinal differences with President Trump, that does not stop me from seeing how significant this is. It is a wonderful thing for many people to be turning back toward their Creator in the midst of this global crisis, and I am so glad to see it happening! As for President Trump calling for prayer: wow, when is the last time you've seen a political leader look to God rather than man for the solutions?! When people turn back toward God, deliverance follows! We had already started telling folks about the Passover Month of Deliverance before President Trump's call for prayer. Now we see this as confirmation of how perfect this moment is, when many are more sensitive to God then has happened in years, for us to unitedly engage in a concerted month of prayer for many to repent, for the righteous, and for everyone fighting the battle against Covid-19. All of this is part of the reason why this year Tsiyon will be observing a different kind of Passover. We are calling it "Passover Month of Deliverance." If you haven't read about it yet you can get a lot of the details from this link. This Passover Month of Deliverance is inspired by the first Passover, which resulted in a great deliverance of Yah's people from the plague that killed all of the firstborn males of Egypt. His people went into their homes, observed the Passover as commanded, and the plague passed over their homes, because of the blood of the lamb. It doesn't take a great deal of imagination to see the parallel with this Passover of Deliverance during this Covid-19 plague. Only this time, we are talking about a concerted month of prayer, culminating in a great Passover celebration on the 14th of the 2nd Hebrew month.
Good health and many blessings to you all! Shalom,
Eliyahu **************************************** The Corona Virus pandemic has caused a heightened need for prayer: This video announces a prayer solution for any and all believers during this crisis.
