Consider this:

 

Disarray is everywhere today. What is disarray? Merriam-Webster.Com says:

 

"Disarray: a lack of order or sequence : CONFUSION, DISORDER"

 

So then, confusion and disorder are both seen as synonyms of disarray. However, I see a fine distinction between these words. Disarray and disorder both describe a state of being out of order, or of no order. Confusion means that too, but also refers to the disconcerted feeling of confusion that is brought on by disorder. Confusion as a feeling is a kin to feelings of uncertainty, indecision, perplexity, bewilderment, and a general sense of feeling overwhelmed. At its worst, this feeling can completely immobilize a person to the point of being entirely dysfunctional. You see this everywhere today, especially in the big cities, with formerly middle and upper class people now living in cardboard boxes and tents under bridges and the like, overwhelmed, having lost all ability to cope with society. The horde of people who have fallen into the ranks of the homeless due to chronic feelings of being completely overwhelmed is swelling by the thousands each day, as but one symptom of a deeply confused and over-complex world in disarray.

 

With the rate of technological, political, and social change increasing exponentially with each passing day, we can only expect exponentially more and more people to hit the limit of what they can handle, to fall off of the edge into the same mind-numbing state of disarray that has claimed so great a multitude already. Many more are literally hanging on to their sanity by a mere thread, struggling not to go over the edge. This confused state of being so characterizes the times we are living through today that we could call these times the Age of Confusion.

Where does so great a confusion and despair come from? Some blame God. They are wrong. Confusion is contrary to the Divine nature. "For Elohim is not the God of confusion, but of peace, as in all the Assemblies of the holy ones." 1 Corinthians 14:33

 

No, it was not God who brought this massive disarray into the world. It was the whole world itself, then all centered in ancient Babylon, that conspired together to reject God, to go their own way, bringing confusion into the world on a massive scale. In fact, the very name of the place where the confusion became institutionalized in the world of mankind, Babel, means confusion!

 

Babel - H894 - bâbel; confusion; Babel (that is, Babylon), including Babylonia and the Babylonian empire: - Babel, Babylon. (Strong's)

 

The only real answer to the confusion, the disarray, that rebellion against God and His ways brought on our world, is to reverse the rejection of our Creator! If the world was going to do this it would have happened a long time ago. Now, the world is only accelerating in its rebellion against God, so bringing a greater level of disarray into the world than ever before.

 

This is why YHWH created one nation for Himself. That is, Israel. Even there, "only a remnant will return." That is all it will take. As remnant individuals turn back to the Holy Array of YHWH they will see a holy nation reemerge in the earth. Holy Array is the very order of the Creator for His people as His nation! As we move into Holy Array the Divine power will be released, even beyond the Biblical proportions of the Exodus and other great miracles of YHWH. Living in Holy Array is the key for His people to experience all that the Scriptures foretell for these days. We're not there yet, but we want to be. We are working hard to get there, and we have made a lot of progress. Holy array is the goal we are working toward every day!
