War is everywhere today.
According to one source, there are about 32 ongoing hot conflicts in the
world right now, ranging from drug wars, terrorist insurgencies, ethnic
conflicts, and civil wars.

This number does not include
struggles between nations and blocks of nations, such as the on-going
struggle between Iran and it's surrogates and Israel. Nor, does it include
the proxy war between the NATO block and the Russian block. The cold war
struggle between the United States block and the China block also is not
counted.
Economic wars are not included
on the list of wars, such as the economic war by the BRICS nations (Brazil,
Russia, India, China and South Africa) attempting to overturn the American
Dollar. Neither is the culture war, that is literally dividing whole
nations. Then there is the political left and right, and the war of the
globalists against the nationalists and all of humanity. More could be
cited, but the fact that wars are everywhere in this world today is beyond
dispute.
Further, all of these wars of
different types have become entangled with one another into a giant Gordian
Knot that reaches into the lives of every person on earth, inflaming the
world with disorder, anger, hatred, jealousy, destruction, disease and even
death - a lot of death. Why so much war? Some would say it is because we are
in the last days, as prophesied in the Bible. Two such prophecies come to
mind here immediately.
1. The Olivet Sermon:
"For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom."
(Matthew 24:7)
2. The Red Horse Rider of
Revelation: "And when He had opened the second seal, I heard the
second living creature say, Come and see. And another, a red horse, went
out. And power was given to him sitting on it, to take peace from the
earth, and that they should kill one another. And there was given to him
a great sword."
(Revelation 6:3-4)
When these prophesies are taken
together with the other prophetic signs they do indeed match the prophetic
fingerprint of the last days as set out in Scripture. While this is true,
this is not the REASON for the super-abundance of war in the world. Yeshua's
brother, James, tells us the reason for wars.
"From where do wars and
fighting come? Is it not from this, from your lusts which war in your
members? You desire, and do not have. You murder, and are jealous, and
cannot obtain." (James 4:1-3)
Those who instigate wars of all
kinds always represent themselves as having justifiable reasons for making
war. We have 'Justice Warriors' and 'Freedom Fighters' and 'Resistance
Fighters' - all claiming to be the good guys. Nations make war to eliminate
'weapons of mass destruction' that do not exist. Conquerors make war to
unify the world, such as Alexander the Great forcing the world to accept a
common culture, or Rome with its Pax Romana (Roman Peace), or the
World Economic Forum, with its 'Great Reset'. Attacking people, starving
people, killing people, for the good of humanity. Does that make sense to
you?
What are the real motives for
instigating wars? Selfishness, greed, jealousy, lust for power, riches,
glory. This is why we have more war on more fronts in the world than ever
before. It is because this is a wicked generation under Divine judgment - an
exceptionally wicked and evil generation massively defying the Creator on a
grand scale. This is why the last days judgments are falling upon "this generation!"
- because of its exceedingly great wickedness. (2 Timothy 3)
