If you didn't know it already, perhaps you are starting to see it now - America has fallen, and is sinking like the Titanic. Western civilization is sinking with it. The barbarians are overrunning the gates and are seeking to return the world to the dark ages. How can this be, in the age of almost-magic technology? Don't be overly enamored with tech, because the tech in the wrong hands only hastens the end.

 

When I first started telling people this was happening very few saw this for themselves. Now, its almost common knowledge. According to a Pew Research Center survey conducted in 2022, about four-in-ten U.S. adults believe humanity is ‘living in the end times.’  This is not just Bible-believers either. About three-in-ten people from non-Christian religions (29%) and those with no religious affiliation (23%) say we are living in the end times.

 

Perhaps the most well-informed group of people in the world seem to believe it. I'm talking about elite billionaires. They all have built or are building luxury bunkers underground, to ride out the apocalypse in style. Some of those captains of industry and science have been warning the public of multiple existential threats from AI, nukes, pollution, genetic entropy, celestial collisions, pandemics, financial melt-down, and a host of other lesser known, but deadly scenarios threatening the end of humanity.

 

For many, the biggest wake-up call that has been alarming on a visceral level has been the recent pro-Hamas riots on college compasses across America. The Associated Press reported today, "Columbia University is canceling its large university-wide commencement ceremony following weeks of pro-Palestinian protests that have roiled its campus and others across the U.S." This wave of insanity began at Columbia University and was reproduced at many of the most prestigious colleges and universities across the country.

Columbia University, is a private, Ivy League, research university in New York City, United States. It has an acceptance rate of only 4%, which means that only top students are accepted. Tuition is $65,340 per year, which amounts to $261,360 to obtain a four year degree. The other Ivy League schools involved in the riots fit a similar profile.

Most people, until very recently, saw those institutions of learning as insurance for the future of America. Yet, the bizarre spectacle was played out on TV for all of us to marvel over. America's best and brightest students - America's future leaders - dressed as terrorists chanting the slogans of terrorists. "Death to America" they said. "Death to Israel" they said. "From the river to the sea" they chanted. This is, of course, the terrorist call for the Jews living east of the Jordan River, in other words in Israel, to be driven into the Mediterranean Sea. In other words, to all be murdered. Jewish students were the ones who were most available, so they were the ones who had to endure the hatred fomented against Israel and Jews everywhere.

 

Many have seen all this and said, "if these rioters are the future we are all doomed." So how did we get here? Essentially, for decades society has been moving away from traditional Bible-based western values. The story of how and why this happened, with what help it happened, is too expansive to include here right now. Suffice it to say, this abandonment of Scripture has left a vacuum that has been filled by everything that is opposed to God and His Word. The freedom and order that were brought into the world through the Bible in the hands of Bible-believing people underpinning western culture, are now upended and replaced by crazy humanist values that are shaking the very foundations of the world. As Scripture foretells:

"“Yet once more I will shake not only the earth, but also the heavens.” This phrase, “Yet once more,” signifies the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that have been made, that those things which are not shaken may remain. Therefore, receiving a Kingdom that can’t be shaken, let us have grace, through which we serve Elohim acceptably, with reverence and awe, for our Elohim is a consuming fire." Hebrews 12:25-29

YHWH foresaw it, and has allowed this shaking of society to happen. This was necessary to reveal the evil, and to divide the righteous from the wicked. In the end of it, man's efforts to replace God with a crazy human construct, thus bringing on this shaking of society, will end with the destruction of the wicked and the triumph of the righteous, in His Kingdom. There is a righteous remnant in the world right now. He will deliver us out of this world by something I call the "Remnant Round up." That is also the name of a new feature here at Tsiyon, with our first episode presented via our live stream tonight.
