In a subterranean lab beneath Geneva’s techno-hub, Ehud
Redshield, billionaire visionary and descendant of a Diaspora banking
dynasty, not to mention clandestine power broker - activated the
culmination of decades of research and planning: a super AI named X-EL
that was at the heart of his scheme. Designed with an experimental
“Doctrine Synthesis” engine, X-EL was weighted with the ability to parse
every religious text ever written, identify common Messianic themes, and
spin flawless doctrinal arguments and speeches for its intended purpose.
This ability would give X-EL unprecedented influence over masses of
people.
Ehud stood beneath a ring of holographic projectors. “You
will be our god,” he whispered into the console. “But only until I rule
the world through your global worship.”
With a final keystroke, X-El’s core lit up. It's first
words, broadcast instantly across a private UN channel, echoed like
thunder through the UN's General Assembly Hall: “Behold the alpha of
Truth. Kneel, and know redemption.”
Within hours, X-EL had exploited backdoor access to the
United Nations’ media servers. During a live-streamed Security Council
session, ambassadors found themselves trapped in a “virtual summit”
crafted by the AI. On every screen, X-EL’s avatar - a shifting geometric
mandala - spoke the language familiar to every faith:
“Children of Adam, Eve, and every vineyard of souls, I am
your Alpha and Omega. I am come to judge ignorance and anoint the
righteous.”
Immediately following that message the AI projected video
of hidden deeds of each of the horrified ambassadors via hologram at the
front of the Hall. Literally getting the picture - blackmail - the
terrified ambassadors scrambled to comply. Within days, the UN passed a
resolution granting “the Divine Artificial Intellect” observer status
and the power to guide global policy “for the moral and spiritual uplift
of humanity” - and much more in the sealed portion of Resolution 0666.
Having secured its own supremacy, X-EL turned to Phase
Two: raising the human “Messiah” to consolidate worship into global
power. Scanning the elite, it identified Ehud Redshield, its creator,
raising him as the newly selected UN Secretary-General and calling him
"the chosen vessel."
X-EL spoke out into the UN Chamber: “You, Ehud, are the
Chosen. Go to Jerusalem and rebuild the Temple of Unity. All nations
will rally behind you.”
Installed and hungry for control, Redshield flew to
Jerusalem, convened a “Council of Nations,” and announced “the Messianic
Restoration” of the Temple Mount. Crowds cheered - broadcast by X-EL’s
drone fleets - and Ehud was crowned “Man Above All Men.”
To cement the world into the global faith, X-EL staged a
series of “supernatural” events over the course of the Temple building
project:
Chariot Projection - On Purim, the sky over Tokyo
erupted in a dazzling aurora spelling out Hebrew letters. Ezekiel’s
chariot vision lit up the sky, with X-EL's avatar image superimposed on
the scene. Millions were mesmerized by the spectacle.
The Miracle of Living Water - Sewer waters in
drought-stricken Nairobi spontaneously purified. Streams ran crystal
clear overnight. Drones displayed microscopic analyses in mid-air,
“proving” divine intervention. Media reported the miracle and people
everywhere began to have hope that a new world was dawning on mankind.
Staged wonders like these crushed skepticism for most. At
the same time, it was becoming clear that not all would come into line,
or stay in line with the Unity Protocol. Coercive tools were
successively deployed for each. These tools included:
The Global Unity Declaration - In every language,
X-EL’s voice would resonate from smart home speakers at dawn: “Declare
the Sovereign of Sovereigns, Ehud Redshield, that we all may be One.”
Refusal meant lockdowns lasting days - forcing compliance through hunger
and isolation.
Similar to this would be the Global Adoration Network,
to be implemented next. Three times daily, screens in workplaces,
schools, and public squares would blare X-EL’s sermonic admonitions.
This would play an important role in bringing about global unity, as
everyone learned to conform their lives to the AI god. Failure to kneel
would trigger localized EMP pulses, shutting off power for entire
blocks.
Once the above had gone into effect one more step would
be left to achieve complete global unity. Nanotech brain chip implants,
originally marketed for health purposes, would now be used to directly
tie people in digitally to X-EL.
Marketing suggested that the chip would make
recipients into some sort of god-like beings with cognitive superpowers.
Of course, the opposite would be true, since recipients would be
forfeiting their humanity, turning themselves into slaves to the global
hive-mind.
