Space
– “Though they dig into Sheol, from there my hand will take them; and
though they climb up to heaven, from there I will bring them down.”
(Amos 9:2)
Maybe this verse is a metaphor, but maybe it is more than a metaphor. Maybe
it is a prediction of fact. If a prediction of fact, it must be talking
about space travel in the Last Days. Here are some highlights about Space in
my lifetime. When I was about 8 years old everyone was talking about
Sputnik, which was the very first satellite launched into Space by
mankind, specifically by the Russians. That was the start of the Space Race.
There were a lot more firsts in Space over the next decade or so, all
leading up to the big one – man on the Moon.
On July 20, 1969, the Apollo 11 mission brought the first human beings to
the Moon, as Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin landed the lunar module Eagle on
its surface while Michael Collins remained in orbit above. Armstrong became
the first man to step onto the Moon, and the event was watched by a massive
global TV audience, including me, as one of the greatest technological and
symbolic achievements in human history.
The last man to walk on the Moon was Eugene “Gene” Cernan, commander of
Apollo 17, NASA’s final lunar landing mission. On December 14, 1972, he left
the lunar surface after Harrison Schmitt, making Cernan the most recent
human being to have stood and walked there as of today. I’m not sure, but I
think when he did that nobody was watching on TV. At least, I wasn’t.
A lot has happened in Space since then. Right now roughly 18,500 satellites,
or roughly 33,200 total tracked man-made objects, are in orbit around the
Earth. It has been 54 years since a man has been on the Moon, but that is
about to change, since a new Space Race is underway.
China
is pursuing the Moon in two parallel ways: a steady robotic program and a
longer-term human presence strategy. Its Chang’e program has already
achieved major milestones, including the Chang’e-6 far-side sample-return
mission in 2024. Official Chinese statements say the country is targeting a
crewed lunar landing by 2030. China’s larger goal is to help build a
permanent lunar foothold, centered on the Moon’s south pole, through the
International Lunar Research Station project it is leading with partners.
Chinese and partner statements describe that effort as a plan for a
permanent lunar outpost in the 2030s.
The United States
is pursuing the Moon through NASA’s Artemis program, whose stated goal is to
return humans to the lunar surface, establish a sustained presence on and
around the Moon by the 2030s, and use those missions to prepare for eventual
crewed journeys to Mars. That effort includes not just astronaut flights but
a larger lunar system: the Gateway station in lunar orbit, commercial
robotic deliveries through CLPS, new lunar landers and spacesuits, and a
focus on the Moon’s South Polar Region for future surface work. The program
is already moving: NASA says Artemis II launched on April 1, 2026, sending
four astronauts on the first crewed lunar flyby in more than 50 years as a
major step toward the later missions.
So yeah, mankind is setting up a “sustained presence” in the heavens. That
might not end well – “though they climb up to heaven, from there I will
bring them down.” (Amos 9:2)
Another wrinkle on Space is the James Webb telescope that is peering
the farthest into Space that has ever been seen, only to present reality
that smashes the evolutionary model of cosmology that the scientific
community has been promoting since Einstein. In short, God made the
universe, and that is exactly what it looks like through the James Webb
telescope.
Another wrinkle yet, on Space, believe it or not, has to do with Space
Aliens. Yes, famous and well connected people in military and government
are indicating that “disclosure” is near. In other words, pretty soon we
will be officially told that Space Aliens are visiting our world in vehicles
akin to Flying Saucers, UFOs, UAPs, whatever, and much of our amazing
technology actually has come from them. Soon after that, we will “learn”
that they have been coming here to enlighten our species, and of course,
they will be onboard with all of the key atheist items including evolution,
in which we will all be flattered that we have achieved the highest level of
consciousness yet among humans, and that their mission will be to raise us
to post-human status in which we will become as gods. A crazy number of
people will immediately sign on for the biggest deception ever up to that
time. (See Daniel 8, Matthew 24:24 and 2 Thessalonians 2:11)
One more currant event I would like to bring in.
A lot of Bible-believing people have a strong feeling that the current Iran
war has prophetic significance for the Last Days timetable. Ezekiel 38-39 is
the strongest and most common Iran connection among Bible-believers, though
interpreted in different ways. Psalm 83 has also risen in the sight of some,
who see this Iran war as the end phase of the Psalm 83 war. This view
appears to be catching up with what I have been teaching since around 2008.
Namely, that the end of the Psalm 83 war would bring in the time of peace
that will lead to the eventual attack of Gog, as prophesied in Ezekiel 38 +
39. In other words, I see the Iran war as the closing phase of the Psalm 83
war that will bring in a time of peace in Israel and the entire region.
However, my teaching goes beyond that, based upon Ezekiel 36-39, that the
believing scattered remnant of the tribes of Israel will be returned to the
Land during the upcoming time of peace just ahead. This puts us closer than
ever to events of the Great Tribulation in the final generation.
Changes for the New Hebrew
Year at Tsiyon:
This is our third decade of broadcasting the Tsiyon message, and we are
still pressing forward to our goal. For the New Year we are building up our
Tsiyon Road radio station.
We have recently introduced new programming on the station and will be
bringing more. One new radio feature is: Did the Christian Church Teach
You This? Hosted by Brother Benyimin. This insightful program is
focused on helping people from a traditional Christian background to make
the paradigm shift that unifies all of the Scriptures in a big picture of
clarity and greater understanding. Soon we will have a new offering from
Sister Shelia, as she reads through Announcing Judgment Day, my book
on Revelation. This is essentially an audiobook that allows you to read the
book without reading the book. Why would you want to do that? This way you
can take this in through listening, even when doing other things. In this
busy world that might bless some folks.
One more highlight – we are moving Abby’s monthly program to Tsiyon Road
Radio as a flagship broadcast to reach many more female listeners. We think
Abby’s discussion program with other sisters in the faith has a lot of
potential to grow the station, so we are excited about the potential of this

As demonstrated above, things are moving fast on the prophetic timetable and
we need to organize to get out of the nations in time. We must prepare
ourselves for what’s ahead. In that sense, we are much like the 2nd
generation of Israel standing on the border of the Land, contemplating going
in. On that occasion Moses had a lot to say to them, and to us. That’s why
